You Are What You Eat programme features 11 battles against overweight. The participants have eight weeks to change their unhealthy eating behavior and bad lifestyle - which have led them to weight gain and other health problems. In the guidance of renowned sports doctor and health professional Pippa Laukka they embark on a journey towards overall well-being.
The series focuses on food and diet, but highlights the importance of exercise and overall well-being - like sleep, recovery and mental well-being. With the help of latest information and technology the underlying reasons for participants' obesity and health problems may be discovered. The progress is been monitored and the results revealed in the final weighing.
