THE NIGHT PATROL: SCRIPTED EDITION  

A trailblazing scripted reality series The Night Patrol: Scripted Edition is a spin-off of the hugely successful reality series The Night Patrol. In each partly scripted episode, we follow two cops through one night on the beat. In the Finnish version, the main characters are real police officers known from the reality version. This extremely economical and successful format is an excellent way to work with the police and to introduce themes to the audience, while keeping viewers engaged with fully scripted story lines based on real life events.

 

The fourth season aired in 2016.
