You Are What You Eat is returning, hosted by sports doctor Pippa Laukka. This season we get to see ten different battles against overweight.
The participants have eight weeks to change their habits and get results. Pippa amends the eatables in the participants' fridges and designs suitable training programs for them. With the help of the latest information and technology the real reasons for the participants' obesity can be discovered and no one can get away with skipping their training programs.
