Find My Family returns with a new season - Ellen Jokikunnas as the new presenter!
Beloved Find My Family returns with new episodes in fall 2017. The second season of the Venla-winning show will air on Liv channel.
The new season of Find My Family will have the lovely Ellen Jokikunnas joining the team as the new presenter, stepping into the shoes of Anni Hautala from the previous season.
Ellen is super excited and has high expectations about her new role. She is also slightly nervous about controlling her own emotions in the midst of the emotional rollercoasters and moving reunions experienced by the seekers.
"My expectations are extremely high already, because I've been a fan of the show since the very first season. I've been sobbing over the show as a tv spectator and have always wondered how the presenters get on over there on the field when they have to seek and be supportive", Ellen ponders in an interview for Nelonen.
The upcoming season will once again have memorable moments and great emotions of both joy and sorrow. Coming up is a tearjerker episode where the long yearning of the brave seeker ends in the countryside of Thailand. We will also travel in some Mediterranean scenery and witness tragic love stories along with Ellen and the seekers.
Find My Family is a show where people seek their missing loved-ones who they have for one reason or another lost contact with or have never even met. The program will show touching stories of searching and finding for example missing siblings and parents around the world.
The first season of the show aired in the fall of 2016. The program won a Golden Venla award for Best Docu-reality in January 2017.
Find My Family coming up in fall 2017.
